Scope of works
Make the included work clear.
Build Duh creates a client-facing scope for each quote section. You check it against the site visit and the client conversation before sharing.
Describe the outcome and the work
A useful scope says what will be supplied and carried out, where the work applies and which important assumptions the price relies on. It should agree with the line items beneath it.
Separate known work from unknowns
Do not hide uncertainty inside a fixed description. Identify investigations, client selections, provisional allowances and work that depends on opening up the building.
